My name is Nancy Collins, and my company Blue Willow Bookkeeping has been serving the greater Grants Pass area since 1995. However, my experience in office management and bookkeeping dates back much further than that. In fact, I come from a long line of small business owners and as soon as I was old enough to sit in an office chair my grandmother had me helping out in her business. As I recall, my favorite task was pushing the handle down on the paycheck imprint device used so long ago for printing paychecks.
After spending years working for other successful companies as their bookkeeper, I decided to open my own bookkeeping company. One important asset we have implemented since first opening Blue Willow Bookkeeping is networking with other professionals to assure that our methods and proceedures are up to date and accurate. In working with Certified Accountants, State Agencies, and professional periodicals, we have developed a wide range of excellent resources for the most current information. As a result, we can often answer those difficult questions that can arise with a particular financial situation or tax form.
